Description

In the realm of Terrinoth, a shocking alliance has formed between two of the most fearsome monsters, trolls and ogres, and it's up to you to decide whether to join forces with them or stand against their rampage. With Visions of Dawn, an expansion for Descent: Journeys in the Dark (Second Edition), you can lead an army of these monstrous creatures or play as one of the noble heroes trying to stop them. This expansion introduces ten plastic figures, including four heroes - Master Thorn, Nara the Fang, Ispher, and Sir Valadir - and a variety of terrifying monsters like ogres, trolls, and manticores. As you embark on this adventure, you'll have the chance to play through two brand new quests, Trucebreaker and Visions of Dawn, each presenting a unique challenge for heroes and overlords alike. With a playtime of 120 minutes and rules of normal complexity, Visions of Dawn is perfect for 2 to 5 players who are familiar with board games. Designed by Kara Centell-Dunk and published in 2015, this expansion offers a fresh and exciting experience for fans of the Descent series, with a mix of action points, dice rolling, and grid movement that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Whether you're a seasoned hero or a ruthless overlord, Visions of Dawn is sure to deliver hours of thrilling adventure and intense battles.
