Drinks & Daggers

Friends and Communities with Drinks & Daggers

Description

Drinks & Daggers is a wildly entertaining cooperative card game that's all about working together to take down a villain, with a unique twist - drinking is part of the fun. In this 30-minute game, 2 to 6 players choose their own character deck, each with its own set of actions, items, and reactions that can be combined in countless ways. This means every game is a new adventure, with different challenges and opportunities to save the day. The game's easy-to-learn rules make it accessible to new players, and its cooperative nature encourages teamwork and camaraderie. As you play, you'll work together to defeat one of three villains, each with its own regular and hard mode for an extra challenge. But here's the twist - drinking is tied directly into the game mechanics. When you give a fellow hero a drink, you activate their special power, and things get even more interesting when heroes become "smashed". Of course, drinking is optional, and you can use drink tokens instead if you prefer. With its unique blend of cooperation, role-playing, and variable player powers, Drinks & Daggers is a game that's sure to bring laughter and excitement to your game nights. Published in 2019 by designers Michael DiMauro and Carly Shields, this game is a must-try for fans of fantasy, fighting, and mature themes.
