Description

Expancity is a city-building game where 2 to 4 players work together and compete to create a thriving metropolis. The game is easy to learn, making it accessible to new players, and typically takes 60 to 90 minutes to play. Designed by Alex Cutler and published in 2018, Expancity challenges players to build their city block by block, using a modular board and tile placement mechanics. As players lay down residential and commercial tiles and claim them with building blocks, they can score points by building near common city buildings like banks and parks. The game also features action points and simulation mechanics, allowing players to strategically plan their moves. With its unique blend of collaboration and competition, Expancity offers a fun and engaging experience, and no two cities will ever be alike.
