Description

FOGSITE is a thrilling Japanese board game that pits one player against the rest in a heart-pumping adventure. Released in 2019, this asymmetrical game has gained a reputation for its unique blend of exploration, deduction, and teamwork. Players are divided into Investigators and a single Guardian, with the latter creating a 5x5 maze that the former must navigate to escape. The twist is that the Investigators can't see the maze, relying on mapping and deduction to find their way out. As the game progresses, the time limit becomes shorter and the Guardian grows more powerful, adding an extra layer of tension to the gameplay. The Investigators must work together, discussing and cooperating to overcome the challenges ahead. With its easy-to-learn rules and modular board, FOGSITE is an accessible game that's perfect for 2 to 4 players looking for a fun and exciting experience. The game's short playtime of 30 to 40 minutes makes it an ideal addition to any game night, and its puzzle-solving elements will keep you coming back for more. Will the Investigators manage to escape within the time limit, or will the Guardian outsmart them and claim victory? There's only one way to find out.
