Description

Forge is a game that drops you right into the heart of medieval Europe, where you'll take on the role of a Master Blacksmith looking to make a name for yourself. With a basic blacksmith's shop to start, you'll have all the tools you need to forge simple items, but it's up to you to develop your skills and resources to become the best. You'll send your Assistants and Master Blacksmith out to complete tasks, gathering resources and fulfilling contracts to earn those all-important victory points. As you play, you'll be working towards completing different achievements, from building up your forge to creating complex items, and it's these achievements that will ultimately decide the winner. The game is designed for one to four players, and with a playtime of around 90 to 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to get stuck in and develop your strategy. The rules are easy to learn, so you can dive right in and start forge-ing your path to victory. With contracts to complete, resources to collect, and a workshop to manage, every decision you make will count, and you'll need to balance your short-term goals with your long-term plans if you want to come out on top. In Forge, you'll experience a unique blend of worker placement, set collection, and contract fulfillment, all set against the backdrop of medieval industry and manufacturing.
