Description
Get ready to put your strategic skills to the test in Funkenschlag: EnBW, a game where you'll take on the role of a utility company, juggling the demands of customers, stockholders, and partners while trying to spare the environment. With a special double-sided board featuring Baden-Württemberg on one side and a modified Germany map on the other, you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore different locations and energy sources. As you navigate the world of power supply, you'll need to consider what types of energy are suitable for which locations, and whether your power plants can provide a safe, reliable, and sustainable supply of energy to your customers. In this exciting game, two to six players can compete to see who can best manage the challenges of the energy industry. With normal complexity rules, experienced board game players will have no trouble learning the ropes, but newcomers will still find it engaging and fun. Designed by Friedemann Friese and first published in 2007, Funkenschlag: EnBW offers a unique blend of auction, network, and route-building mechanics that will keep you on your toes for the full 120 minutes of playtime. As you bid on power plants, build your network, and manage your resources, you'll be fully immersed in the world of energy supply, and with a little luck and a lot of strategy, you might just emerge as the ultimate power supplier.
