Description

Gentes: Deluxified Edition is a civilization game where players take on the role of an ancient people, building monuments and colonizing cities in the Mediterranean sea. The game is played over six rounds, with each round consisting of an action phase and a tidying up phase. Players take individual turns, conducting one action per turn, which can include buying new cards, building monuments, training their people, or founding cities. As players progress, they must manage their time track and action markers, balancing the need to take actions with the risk of running out of space. The game requires strategic planning and resource management, with the goal of collecting victory points through monument building and city founding. With its innovative timing mechanism and variable player powers, Gentes: Deluxified Edition offers a unique and engaging gameplay experience for 1 to 4 players, lasting around 75 to 120 minutes.
