Description

Dive into the steampunk‑infused chaos of the Clockwork Combine Research Expedition, an expansion that cranks Heroscape up a notch for two players who love fast‑paced, three‑dimensional battles on a hex grid. Designed by Alex Davy, Dyllan Fernandez, Lee Houff, Sarah Rowan, and Craig Van Ness, this 2026 add‑on drops in right over your favorite Master Sets—Rise of the Valkyrie, Swarm of the Marro, Battle for the Underdark, Age of Annihilation, the Wellspring Battle Box, and even the G.I. Joe Rumble at the Rift box—so you can mix fantasy, sci‑fi, and civilization troops without missing a beat. The rules are ultra‑simple, explained in a flash, letting you jump straight into action‑drafting, dice‑rolling mayhem and vertical movement that makes every turn feel like a miniature war movie. Whether you’re scouting for exotic tech or sending clockwork beasts to smash foes, this expansion adds a fresh, crunchy layer of strategy and storytelling that will keep your tabletop humming with excitement.
