Description
Home Before the Leaves Fall: The Marne Campaign 1914 is a complex and engaging wargame that drops you into the midst of World War I, specifically the pivotal battle of the Marne in 1914. Designed by David Bolt, this game has been a challenge for strategy fans since its release in 1997. With a playtime of 360 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to delve into the intricacies of the game, which uses a hexagon grid to bring the battle to life. While the rules may take some time to learn, the payoff is worth it - up to 4 players can take on the roles of military commanders, navigating the complexities of war in a game that's as much about strategy as it is about history.
