Keydom is a medieval-themed board game where 2 to 5 players take on the roles of families of professionals, such as stonemasons or fishermen, all vying for control and power. Designed by Richard Breese, this game of normal complexity is easy to learn for those familiar with board games, and a typical play session lasts around 90 minutes. Players use a combination of auction and bidding mechanics, along with worker placement and set collection, to outmaneuver each other and achieve their goals. With elements of bluffing and fantasy, the game is full of exciting twists and turns. As players navigate the board, they'll need to balance their resources and make strategic decisions about how to use them. Will they focus on acquiring special actions, magical spells, or pieces of the royal Keylore? The ultimate goal is to be the first player to collect all three pieces of regalia and make their way to the throne room, where they'll be crowned the winner.
