Description
Kriegspiel is a classic wargame that pits two nations against each other in a battle of strategy and skill. Designed by Thomas N. Shaw and first published in 1970, this game is easy to learn but challenging to master, making it a great introduction to the world of wargaming. With a playtime of 60 to 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to outmaneuver your opponent and emerge victorious. As a traditional hex and counter game, Kriegspiel features grid movement and a modular board, allowing for a unique experience each time you play. Combat results are determined by a ratio/combat results table, adding a layer of complexity and realism to the game. Your goal is to reduce your opponent's combat factors to 20 or occupy all of their cities, and with simple yet strategic gameplay, you'll be fully immersed in the world of modern warfare.
