Description

La Batalla de Can Vies is a strategic wargame that drops you into the midst of a real-life conflict that took place in Barcelona's Sants district in 2014. You'll take on the role of either the institutions, commanding police, political, and media forces, or the social movements, coordinating the crowd that's gathered in the streets. The goal is to either demolish or prevent the demolition of Can Vies, all while maintaining a level of popularity and trying to spread the conflict to the rest of Barcelona. With 2 to 6 players, the game is perfect for a group of friends or family members who are looking for a challenging and immersive experience. The game is all about balance, with a mix of strategy and chance that keeps things exciting and unpredictable. You'll need to use your resources wisely and make the most of the luck of the dice and the cards that are dealt to you. The asymmetric gameplay means that each side has its own unique strengths and weaknesses, adding an extra layer of complexity to the game. With a playtime of 90 to 120 minutes, La Batalla de Can Vies is a game that will keep you engaged and entertained for a whole evening. Whether you're a fan of wargames, strategy games, or just looking for something new and exciting, La Batalla de Can Vies is definitely worth checking out.
