Description
If you loved the original La Vendée 1793 and want to swing the clock forward to the drama of 1815, Paul Rohrbaugh’s fresh variant drops you right into a two‑player showdown that’s as quick as a coffee break. The rules are so lean you can have a game explained in a few minutes, then jump straight into moving your troops across the rolling French countryside with simple area‑movement mechanics that feel like you’re actually marching a regiment. It’s a Napoleonic wargame that keeps the gritty simulation vibe but strips out the rule‑book bloat, so you spend more time outwitting your opponent than decoding charts. Perfect for a quick yet deep tactical bite, this 2025 expansion builds on the counter‑revolution flavor of the base game while adding fresh scenarios and a dash of historical flair. Grab a friend, roll the dice, and see who can out‑maneuver the other in the tumultuous aftermath of Waterloo.
