Description

Mesopotamia: Birth of Civilisation is a game that will transport you back in time to the cradle of civilisation, where you'll get to experience the rise and fall of twenty nations over two thousand years of history. From the Sumerians to the Persians, you'll witness the evolution of ancient cultures and empires, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. With a playtime of 180 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in this fascinating world, and with 2 to 5 players, you can share the experience with friends and family. The game's designer, Garry Stevens, has created a system that's easy to learn, but still offers a rich and complex gameplay experience. Players will control peoples from previous epochs, adding a unique twist to the traditional civilisation-building genre. This means you'll get to see how different nations and empires interact and influence each other over time, making for a truly epic and engaging experience. With its ancient and civilisation-themed gameplay, Mesopotamia: Birth of Civilisation is a must-play for anyone interested in history, strategy, and culture. First published in 2002, this game has stood the test of time, and its unique blend of history and gameplay continues to captivate players to this day.
