Description

In Perch, the battle for dominance is on, and it's all about having the right birds in the right place. Players take turns drawing birds from a shared bag and stacking them on location tiles, trying to outmaneuver their opponents and claim the top spot. With each location tile awarding points for majorities and sometimes granting unique abilities, the game is full of tactical challenges and surprises. The modular board ensures that each game is different, keeping players on their toes as they adapt to new situations and opportunities. As players command their flocks and compete for control, the game heats up, with ties broken and foes pushed off the perch. With easy-to-learn rules and a playtime of just 30 to 60 minutes, Perch is the perfect game for 2 to 5 players looking for a fun and engaging experience. Designed by Douglas Hettrick and released in 2024, Perch offers a unique blend of area majority, deck building, and role-playing mechanics, all set in a charming world of animals and woodland creatures. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or just looking for a new challenge, Perch is a great choice, and with the option to expand the game with Perch: Goodies, there's always more to explore.
