As the survivors of this apocalypse struggle to rebuild, they must venture into the treacherous Wastelands in search of precious resources. In Rise of the Wastelands, 1 to 4 players take on the role of leaders of these fledgling factions, each with their own unique abilities and strengths. As they explore the dynamically generated map, they'll establish outposts, recycle materials, and construct buildings and units to aid in their quest for dominance. With a playtime of 90 to 120 minutes, Rise of the Wastelands is a game of strategy and skill, where players must balance their actions carefully to outmaneuver their opponents. The game's normal complexity makes it accessible to fans of board games, and its engaging mechanics, including action points, hexagon grids, and tech trees, ensure that each playthrough is unique and challenging.
