Description

Get ready to elevate your Rococo experience with the Jewelry Box expansion, designed by Stefan Malz and Louis Malz. This 2016 release introduces a plethora of new possibilities to the base game, increasing replayability and challenging you to adapt your strategy with each playthrough. With 28 additional employees, including apprentices, journeymen, and masters, you'll have more options than ever to procure jewelry for your guests and hire specialists to give you an edge. The new employees bring unique bonuses to the table, and you'll need to carefully consider how to utilize them to outmaneuver your opponents. As you navigate the game, you'll encounter new strategic options, such as the Jeweler and the "Jewelry" resource in multiple colors. You'll also have the opportunity to guide your apprentices through their final examinations and help them attain master craftsman's diplomas, giving you access to better trained employees. With 2 to 5 players and a playtime of 60 to 120 minutes, Rococo: Jewelry Box is a game that requires careful planning and hand management. While the rules may take some time to learn, the payoff is well worth the effort, offering a rich and immersive gaming experience that will keep you coming back for more.
