Description
Hong Kong is in chaos after a massive blackout, and it's up to you to restore order and claim a position of power. Daily life has become a struggle without electricity, and even the most basic tasks are now a challenge. You'll need to manage changing resources and build a network of specialists to keep the city from descending into chaos. In Blackout: Hong Kong, designed by Alexander Pfister, you'll compete against up to three other players to be the one who best manages the crisis and emerges as a leader in the new Hong Kong. With a playtime of 75 to 150 minutes, you'll have to balance short-term needs with long-term strategy, using a combination of deck building, dice rolling, and hand management to outmaneuver your rivals and earn victory points. Can you navigate the challenges of a city in crisis and come out on top?
