Description
Get ready for a swashbuckling adventure with Sail, a cooperative trick-taking game for two players. Published in 2023 by renowned designers Akiyama Koryo and Kozu Yusei, this game drops you into the high-stakes world of pirates and nautical navigation. With easy-to-learn rules, you'll be sailing through turbulent waters in no time, trying to reach the end of the track before the Kraken catches up. In this 20-minute game, you and your partner will exchange cards, play tricks, and trigger unique actions based on your character skills. But beware - the roaring sea and Kraken's deafening roar mean you can't discuss tactics or share card info, adding an extra layer of challenge to your cooperative gameplay. Will you sail your ship to safety or will the Kraken send you to a watery grave? With its unique blend of communication limits, track movement, and variable player powers, Sail is a thrilling ride that's sure to keep you on the edge of your seat.
