Description

Shadowrift: Skittering Darkness is the perfect addition to your Shadowrift collection, bringing a whole new level of excitement to the table. As an expansion to the base game, it introduces two new monster factions that will put your skills to the test: the Restless Dead, with their spooky poltergeists, and the Cult of the Fang, featuring creepy spiders. This means you'll have to come up with new strategies to defeat these terrifying enemies, making the game even more thrilling and challenging. With the ability to play with 1 to 6 players, Shadowrift: Skittering Darkness is a great option for a fun night in with friends or a solo adventure. The game rules are simple and easy to learn, so you can dive right in and start playing without spending hours reading through complicated instructions. The gameplay can last anywhere from 45 to 120 minutes, depending on your group's size and style of play, making it a great option for a quick game or a longer, more immersive experience. As a cooperative game, you'll work together with your fellow players to defeat the monsters and save the day, using deck, bag, and pool building mechanics to create a unique and exciting experience. As you play, you'll get to explore the world of Shadowrift, a medieval fantasy setting filled with adventure, fighting, and magic. With the addition of a new Hunter hero and four new hero cards, you'll have even more options for creating your perfect team and taking on the forces of darkness. Designed by Jeremy Anderson and released in 2018, Shadowrift: Skittering Darkness is a great way to breathe new life into your favorite game, and its simple rules and exciting gameplay make it a must-have for fans of cooperative games, card games, and fantasy adventures.
