Description
Shadows in Kyoto is a two-player abstract game where you take on the role of a group of undercover spies, secretly protecting the Shogun or an intelligence agency of the Meiji Government. As the commander, you must gather key intelligence from your opponent while protecting your own interests. The game is easy to learn, but don't let that fool you - it's full of strategic depth and intrigue. With three different paths to victory, you'll need to use all your wits to outmaneuver your opponent. You can capture enemy agents with real intelligence, let your opponent fall into a trap by capturing your fake agents, or make a daring escape with one of your own agents who possesses the goods. With playtime ranging from 15 to 30 minutes, Shadows in Kyoto is the perfect game for a quick and thrilling challenge.
