Friends and Communities with Snowbirds

Description

Get ready to embark on a thrilling adventure with Snowbirds, a solo board game that challenges you to guide a flock of snow geese on their annual migration south. Published in 2017, this game is designed by Brian Garthwaite and is perfect for those who enjoy a quick yet exciting experience, lasting around 10 to 15 minutes. With easy-to-learn rules, you'll be navigating the challenges of migration in no time, using a combination of dice rolling, hand management, and strategic decision-making to keep your flock healthy and on the move. As you journey from north to south, you'll need to balance the resources available to you, making tough decisions about when to forage for food, when to fly, and when to take risks. With the threat of exhaustion and hunger always looming, you'll need to use your action cards wisely to keep your flock going. Will you sacrifice future flights to offset the risks of the journey, or will you push your luck and hope for the best? With its unique blend of simulation, strategy, and luck, Snowbirds is a game that will keep you on the edge of your seat as you try to fly your flock all the way home.
