Get ready to delve into the fiery depths of Super Dungeon Explore: Caverns of Roxor, the exciting expansion to the beloved board game. This 2012 release takes the original game to the next level, introducing new challenges and opportunities for both Hero and Consul players. With a playtime of 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to explore the modular board, uncover hidden treasures, and battle fearsome monsters. The game's normal complexity makes it accessible to anyone familiar with board games, so you can jump right in and start exploring. As you venture into the Caverns of Roxor, you'll encounter a wealth of new content, including 31 fully assembled miniatures from Soda Pop. The new boss, Roxor, and his trusty sidekick Rock Gut the Troll, will stop at nothing to prevent you from reaching the treasures that lie within. But don't worry, you'll have some powerful new heroes on your side, including Princess Ruby, Deeproot Scout, and Star Guild Scrapper. Each of these heroes brings unique abilities to the table, and you'll need to use their skills strategically to overcome the challenges ahead. The expansion also introduces new minions, such as the Rock Tops and Fireflow Denziens, each with their own treasure cards that can aid or hinder your progress. With its variable phase order and variable player powers, Super Dungeon Explore: Caverns of Roxor offers a different experience each time you play. The game's action points and dice rolling mechanics add an element of excitement and unpredictability, while the modular board ensures that the landscape of the caverns will always be fresh and unexplored. Whether you're a seasoned fan of the Super Dungeon Explore series or just looking for a new adventure, Caverns of Roxor is the perfect addition to your gaming collection.
