The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – The Withered Heath is an exciting expansion that throws you and your fellow hero into the midst of a perilous journey. As the first Adventure Pack in the Ered Mithrin cycle, it brings a new level of challenge and adventure to the game. With a simple set of rules that can be learned quickly, you'll be able to dive right into the action, navigating the treacherous road through the Grey Mountains in search of the Withered Heath, a valley rumored to be the breeding ground of fierce Dragons. As you brave the dangers of the mountains, you'll need to work together with your hero, using hand management and variable phase order to outmaneuver the threats that lurk around every corner. The Withered Heath expansion comes with sixty new cards, including a new hero and player cards, which will aid you in your quest to extinguish the danger before it's too late. With a playtime of around 60 minutes, this expansion is perfect for 1 to 2 players looking for a thrilling cooperative adventure. Designed by Caleb Grace and published in 2018, The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – The Withered Heath is a must-have for fans of the series and anyone looking for a fun and challenging card game experience.
