Description

The Red Dragon Inn: Battle for Greyport – Chaos in Copperforge is an exciting expansion to the cooperative deckbuilding adventure game Battle for Greyport. In this new installment, you'll get to explore the gnomish city of Copperforge, a hub of arcano-mechanical invention, and defend it against a fresh wave of nefarious villains. As you delve into the world of steampunk-flavored mecha pilots, train heists, and chaotic cogwheels, you'll encounter new Scenarios, Bosses, Locations, and Monsters that will put your skills to the test. With eight new playable heroes joining the game, you'll have more opportunities to experience the thrill of cooperative gameplay with friends, as up to five players can team up to save Copperforge. The Contraption mechanic is a game-changer, allowing you to harness the power of defeated Monsters and turn their own gadgets against them. When a Monster with a Contraption is defeated, the Contraption becomes a valuable resource that can be played like an Item card, giving you a new edge in the battle against evil. This simple yet clever mechanism adds a new layer of strategy to the game, making it easy to pick up but challenging to master. As a quick and simple game to learn, The Red Dragon Inn: Battle for Greyport – Chaos in Copperforge is perfect for a night in with friends or a fun family game session. Released in 2023, this expansion offers a refreshing twist on the original game, thanks to the creative vision of game designer Jeff Morrow. With its unique blend of cooperative gameplay, deckbuilding, and dice rolling, this expansion is sure to bring hours of entertainment to fans of the series and new players alike. So gather your friends, get ready to roll the dice, and join the battle to save Copperforge from the forces of chaos.
