Description

In the world of Tivoli, you'll be transported to the magical gardens of one of the oldest amusement parks in the world, nestled in the heart of Copenhagen. This beautiful park is a place of wonder, filled with trees, flowers, and hundreds of thousands of colored lights that will leave you in awe. And now, you can experience the magic of Tivoli in a brand new way, with a board game that's perfect for families and adults alike. With a playtime of just 30 to 60 minutes, you can easily fit in a game, and the rules are easy to learn, so you can jump right in and start playing. As you play, you'll roll three custom dice to determine your moves, using the results to navigate the gardens, go on thrilling rides, and stroll along the quaint and artful paths. You'll also get to acquire treats and toys from the card row, which will help you score points. The game is designed for 2 to 6 players, so it's perfect for a night in with friends or a family game night. As the game designer Asger Johansen envisioned, Tivoli is a game that's both fun and engaging, with just the right amount of depth to keep adults interested. With the use of area movement, dice rolling, and die icon resolution, you'll need to think strategically about your next move. When the big clock strikes twelve, the gardens close, and it's time to score points. You'll earn extra points for collecting card sets and for your placement in five different races, such as who's tried the most daredevil rides. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins, so you'll need to balance your strategy with a little bit of luck. With its unique mechanics and beautiful theme, Tivoli is a game that's sure to delight both kids and adults. Released in 2024, this game is a must-try for anyone looking for a fun and exciting board game experience.
