In Trick o' Roof, you and your friends become roof painters in a bustling town, tasked with repainting roofs in response to government instructions and resident requests. The twist is that the roof you just painted blue might be immediately repainted red, depending on the status of the request. This fast-paced game is all about adapting to changing circumstances and outmaneuvering your opponents. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, you'll be up and running in no time, competing against 2 to 5 players in games that last between 30 to 60 minutes. The game's trick-taking mechanics add a layer of excitement and unpredictability, as the turn order is determined by who wins each trick. Players place chips on a sheet featuring the city's rooftops, scoring points for creating sequences of three colors: red, blue, and yellow.
