Description
Tucana Builders is a fun and challenging tile-laying puzzle game that's easy to learn and plays quickly, with games lasting around 30 minutes. In this game, you'll place tiles on a hexagon grid to connect animals to their corresponding huts, with the goal of scoring points. The twist is that all connections that score in the first round will score again in the second round, so you'll need to think strategically about whether to go for high scores upfront or try to create smart intersections that will pay off in the long run. With simple rules that can be explained fast, Tucana Builders is a great game for players of all experience levels, and it supports 1 to 5 players, making it a great option for solo players or groups. The game's designers, Kristian Amundsen Østby and Eilif Svensson, have created a game that's both fun and challenging, with a unique blend of grid coverage, network and route building, and tile placement mechanics. As a base game published in 2023, Tucana Builders offers a fresh and exciting puzzle experience that's sure to delight fans of animals and puzzle games alike.
