Description
In Turncoats, 2 to 5 players take on the roles of Aspirants and Interlopers, navigating a complex web of alliances and rivalries between three warring factions. With easy-to-learn rules, this game is perfect for a quick 15 to 45 minute play session. Players must manage their hidden loyalties, represented by stones in their hand, to take actions with the matching faction and gain an upper hand. As the game unfolds, players must balance their actions with the need to conserve stones, all while keeping a close eye on the tiebreakers. The winning faction will choose the player with the most stones remaining as the new ruler, making every move a crucial one. With its unique blend of abstract strategy, bluffing, and medieval politics, Turncoats is a thrilling game of deception and cunning that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.
