Description
In Vendemmia, 2 to 5 players compete to become the most famous by purchasing and exploiting vineyards along the Italian peninsula. The game is all about producing wine, realizing revenue, and developing your activities to outshine your opponents. With a playtime of 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to strategize and make your move. The game rules are of normal complexity, so if you're familiar with board games, you'll have no issue learning this one. Published in 2007, Vendemmia has been a favorite among gamers for years, and its unique blend of area majority, hand management, and memory mechanics will keep you on your toes. The game is played over 6 turns, each divided into three phases: arranging the turn, choosing actions, and developing those actions. You'll have the opportunity to modify the game order, turn lands into DOCG areas, benefit from events, purchase new lands, and develop your production capacity. The goal is to accumulate fame points by producing high-quality wine, owning lands in different macro-areas, and having a strong technological development. The player with the most fame points at the end of the sixth turn is declared the winner. With its economic and farming themes, Vendemmia is a game that will appeal to fans of strategic gameplay and tactical decision-making. Will you become the most famous vineyard owner in Italy? There's only one way to find out.
