Advanced Editor πŸ€“

The advanced viewer is now an editor! We've added support for toggling identifier, instance identifier, languages, and folders as columns in the table.

You can now bulk edit languages, folders, and comments directly in the table. Just make your changes in-line and click the save icon in the toolbar.

The editor can also be used to export your collection to .CSV format. You can re-order the columns, rename them or disable as you please. The export reflects exactly what you see on screen.

This is still early days for the Editor, but it's designed to support users with larger collections and those who want more control over how they manage and manipulate their data.

Event - Quality of Life πŸ‘Œ

We've made several improvements to enhance the event feature.

Two users both bringing Arcs to the board game night! Awesome.
  • When the same board game is hauled by multiple users, it’s now consolidated into one list item with avatars representing each hauler
  • The number of users attending an event is now clearly displayed
  • Hauling list now doesn't show all items on initial render
  • Added Server-Side Rendering (SSR) support for faster load times
  • Fixed a bug where clicking attend required a reload to be able to interact

Minor changes 🀏

As always, we threw in a lot of other small goodies.

New guest pop-up with custom name
  • Guests can now choose a nickname without an account
  • updated default avatar seed, your avatar will have changed if you never configured one under /settings
  • updated header margins to look better on mobile
  • removed header from house rules posts
  • added persistence layer to /chat, the last 25 messages are now kept
  • fixed a bug where 'owners' would only show in search results when including 3 or more collections (should be 2)
  • fixed a bug where display name restrictions could be circumvented

User Guides πŸ“–

We’ve begun creating user guides to help you get started with Kallax more easily. There is plenty to cover, but the first two guides are now ready:
