This website is operated by a private individuals. We value your privacy and aim to collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to provide a functional service for the boardgame community. See also Terms of Service.
Data Collection
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
This service is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from minors. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this service or provide any personal data. This is part of our Terms of Service.
2. What We Collect & Why
We collect the folllowing personal information when you use the service.

3. No Tracking & Essential Cookies
We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party behavioral monitoring software.
We
only monitor server activity, but as the service is a web application this reveals very little of
your
behavioral patterns.
We use only use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do
not
use advertising or tracking cookies. This is why we do not have a cookie acceptance banner, as there is no
optional cookies to accept or reject.

Rights
5. Retention & Deletion
Deleting your account via settings wipes your data immediately and permanently.
Some data may persist for up to 30 days in server logs and encrypted database backups.
Legal Exceptions: Transaction data for premium tiers may be kept longer as required by
applicable tax laws.
6. Your Rights & Data Portability
You can download a machine-readable (CSV) copy of your collection data and events at any time using the built in export tools. For full data access requests or privacy inquiries, contact privacy@kallax.io.
