Description

Get ready to take your Harbour game to the next level with the Launch Promo Characters expansion, designed by Scott Almes and first introduced in 2015. This set of limited edition characters adds a fresh layer of strategy and fun to the original game, which is easy to learn and can be enjoyed by 2 to 4 players in about 60 minutes. Each character has unique abilities that can give you an edge over your opponents, such as the Fisherman who hooks you an extra fish with every catch, or the Wholesailer who lets you keep a little something for yourself when buying a new building. With characters like the Noble, who gets to build a free building at the start of the game, or the Speculator, who can turn their stone collection into a valuable bonus at the end of the game, you'll need to think carefully about which character to choose and how to use their abilities to your advantage. The Mason and Beggar characters also introduce new ways to interact with your opponents, either by collecting stone when others use it or by snagging a good from another player's haul. Whether you're a fan of city building, economic strategy, or just love the humor and fantasy elements of Harbour, the Launch Promo Characters expansion is a great way to mix things up and try new approaches to the game.
