Description

Get ready to rebuild the medina, a historic city at the foot of the Atlas mountains, in this engaging board game for 3 to 4 players. As architects and engineers, players work together to erect large and beautiful palaces and renovate the damaged city wall. The game is a thrilling 60-minute experience that requires strategic thinking and planning, with a normal level of complexity that's easy to learn for board game enthusiasts. Each turn, players place two pieces on the board, either augmenting an existing building or starting a new one, with the goal of claiming one building of each of the four colors by the end of the game. The player who owns the largest building of a particular color gets a bonus, and there are also rewards for connecting buildings to the city walls. Designed by Stefan Dorra, Medina is a tense and exciting game that's perfect for those who enjoy abstract strategy and city building games.
