Description

In Cthulhu Zap, dark forces are on the rise and it's up to you and your fellow player to stop them. With gates opening all over the city and monsters roaming free, you'll need to work together to close the gates and kill the monsters before the infamous Cthulhu wakes up and destroys everything. This cooperative game is designed for 2 players and can be learned quickly, making it a great option for a fun and fast 30-minute game night. As you navigate the game, you'll use a unique "Move/Effort" system, rolling two eight-sided dice to determine your movement and actions. The higher the numbers, the better, but beware - rolling doubles brings you one step closer to defeat. Your goal is to completely remove the dark forces from the city, but the doom track is filling up fast. With each passing moment, the threat of Cthulhu's awakening grows, and if the track fills up before you've closed all the gates and destroyed all the monsters, you'll both lose. Designed by Nicholas Fletcher and first published in 2011, Cthulhu Zap is a thrilling fantasy game that's perfect for fans of cooperative gameplay and dice rolling mechanics.
