In The Greatest of Art Thieves, you and your rival are on a mission to become the world's most notorious art thief. With simple rules that can be explained in no time, you'll be stealing valuable artworks in just a few minutes. The game is all about timing and strategy, as you try to outmaneuver your opponent to get the most valuable pair of artworks. Each turn, you'll choose which piece to drop and where to place it, either in the Exhibition for all to see or in your Private Collection, hidden from prying eyes. As you burglarize the top card from the area you didn't choose, you'll be replacing the card you dropped, all while trying to avoid triggering the alarm. The game ends when your Private Collection is full or when one of you pulls the alarm, and then it's time to tally up your score. You'll earn points for the value of the artworks in your hand, with a bonus for managing to steal a pair from the same artist. The first player to reach 21 points will be crowned the greatest art thief of all time. With its quick playtime of 0 to 15 minutes, you can play multiple rounds and keep trying to outdo your opponent, making The Greatest of Art Thieves a fun and exciting game for two players.
