Description
Magnifico is a game of conquest set in 16th century Europe, where players use military and financial resources, as well as extraordinary inventions from Leonardo da Vinci, to outmaneuver their opponents. The game comes with a set of plastic figurines, including infantry units, castles, and war machines, as well as more unusual inventions like the Aero, a precursor to modern aircraft, and the Carro, an early tank. As players navigate the game, they'll use special dice to resolve combat and compete for victory points, which are tied to Leonardo's famous works of art. With a playtime of 90 minutes and rules of normal complexity, Magnifico is a great fit for fans of strategy and conquest games. Designed by Spartaco Albertarelli and Angelo Zucca, Magnifico offers a unique blend of area majority, auction, and dice rolling mechanics that will keep players engaged and entertained.
