Description

In the game of Panchayat, you take on the role of a group of village elders tasked with transforming a barren landscape into a thriving village. With easy-to-learn rules, this game is accessible to players of all skill levels, and its short playtime of 25 to 45 minutes makes it perfect for a quick gaming session with friends or family. Designed by Andy Desa and released in 2023, Panchayat challenges 1 to 4 players to balance the placement of building tiles, natural landscapes, and bonus tiles to earn the most points. As you play through the eight rounds, you'll need to strategically choose and place building tiles on your village board, considering their proximity to natural landscapes, other buildings, and their grouping into commercial, industrial, utility, and residential sections. With three types of bonus tiles to discover, you'll have plenty of opportunities to rack up points and outdo your opponents. Will you succeed in creating the most blossoming village, or will your rivals outmaneuver you?
