Description
Keytown is a medieval-themed board game where you control a team of townsfolk vying to become the new leaders of the town. With two to five players, the game is perfect for a group of friends or family looking for a fun and engaging experience. The gameplay is straightforward to learn, especially for those familiar with board games, and takes about 60 minutes to complete. Each player's team is made up of different workers, each with their own skills and abilities, which can be developed over the course of the game through a worker placement mechanism. As the game progresses over four rounds, representing four generations of townsfolk, players can choose to have their workers gain new skills, start families, or work in various resource locations such as mines, farms, or breweries. The goal is to have your team held in the highest esteem by the end of the fourth round, earning you the most prestige and seniority. With its unique blend of worker placement and different worker types, Keytown offers a challenging and entertaining experience. Designed by Richard Breese, Keytown is a great addition to any board game collection, and its medieval setting adds a rich layer of theme and immersion to the gameplay.
