Description

In the medieval city of Colonia, reputable patrician families vie for influence and control. As a member of one of these families, you'll strive to increase your riches and consolidate your power. The goal is to become the most influential family by acquiring precious relics, which can be achieved by buying commodities, producing and selling goods at high prices. With 3 to 6 players competing over 120 minutes, Colonia is a game of strategic bidding, set collection, and worker placement. The game's normal complexity makes it accessible to those familiar with board games, and the medieval economic theme adds a unique twist. While some necessary text is included, it's easily memorized or referenced with a small crib sheet, allowing you to focus on building your family's fortune and reputation in this historic city.
