Description

In Dark Empire: Revolution, 3 to 5 players take on the roles of factions rising against Emperor Flaut III in the state of R'yan. The goal is to work together to overcome the emperor, but only one faction will eventually rule the future country. Each player has a secret goal faction that they attempt to guide to victory, and they use cards to bid on the faction they believe will win. The game is played over a series of turns, with players simultaneously placing cards to support either the revolutionary forces or the emperor. The player who provides the most support for the strongest faction earns points, and the player who correctly predicts the winner of each month earns bonus points. After three months, the final scoring determines the winner, but beware - if the emperor puts down the rebellion, or if the winning faction is too far ahead, the outcome can change in unexpected ways.
