Description

In California, you've just inherited a house in the sun-kissed hills, but it's in desperate need of renovation. With a small amount of money to get you started, you'll need to restore your home to its former glory by renewing the rooms with exclusive furniture. As you make progress, curious neighbors will start to drop by, bearing gifts and friendship, which can ultimately lead to victory. With easy-to-learn rules, 2 to 5 players can enjoy this economic game, competing to create the most beautifully renovated house and collecting the most gifts. Over the course of 60 minutes, you'll take turns taking money from the bank, buying tiles, and placing them in your house, all while trying to gain bonus cards and loans to stay ahead. The player with the most victory points at the end of the 12th day will be declared the winner, making California a fun and engaging game for anyone looking to test their economic skills.
