Description

In Nouvelle-France, a strategy game for 2 to 4 players, you'll skillfully place construction blocks to build three historic sites from the Nouvelle France era, outwit your opponents, and gain points. With easy-to-learn rules, this 45 to 60 minute game is perfect for a fun and engaging evening with friends. Each turn, you'll carefully place a construction block to help build the military redoubt, the church, or the seigneurial mill, earning points based on the placement of these blocks. As the game progresses, snow will fall three times, allowing you to earn extra points based on the number of cubes of your color present in the level being tallied. The snowdrifts will then be added, limiting the remaining space available to gain points. With strategic placement of blocks and clever use of ally cards and colorless blocks, you'll aim to have the most points at the end of the game to be declared the winner and earn the title of Royal Engineer for New France.
