Description

Ancient Civilizations of the Inner Sea is a game that lets you create or conquer the great civilizations of the ancient Mediterranean, either alone or with up to five other players. You can build great Wonders to glorify a peaceful empire or sack cities and conquer new lands as you spread your domain across the waters and around the shores of the Inner Sea. The game starts from humble beginnings in isolated settlements at the dawn of the Bronze Age, and you can choose to play scenarios that put you in charge of mighty civilizations like Troy, Egypt, or Rome. With easy-to-learn rules and a variety of gameplay mechanics, Ancient Civilizations of the Inner Sea offers a unique and exciting experience. The game's 110 Event Cards introduce great generals, prophets, and architects, as well as military and commercial advantages, and challenges like plagues and barbarian invasions. Whether you're playing solo or with friends, the game is always different, and you'll guide legendary civilizations as they compete to make their mark on history.
