In Lumen: The Lost World, two players are drawn into a world where the seasons coexist in harmony, but the inhabitants are at war. The People of the Day and the People of the Night are in perpetual conflict, each seeking to possess the coveted Lumens. This territorial duel is driven by a roll-and-write mechanism, where players combine the results of two dice to recruit fighters, give orders, and outmaneuver their opponent.
