Description
In GrandBois, you're fighting for control of the forest with 2 to 4 players, and the goal is simple: have the most presence and strategically place your lookout tower. The game is easy to learn, making it accessible to new players, and each playthrough takes about 30 minutes. You'll start by secretly drawing a clan and then picking a forest tile, which features four forest squares with different numbers of clan members or a bear. As you add tiles to the forest, covering existing squares with more clan members or a bear, you'll need to think carefully about when to place your tower. Placing it too early gives away your clan, but waiting too long might mean missing out on valuable points. With its unique blend of area majority, card drafting, and tile placement mechanics, GrandBois is a fun and challenging territory building game that's perfect for a quick game night with friends.
