Description
In Volldampf, you're competing to build the most efficient rail network in early 20th century Germany, transporting goods across the country. The catch is that building this network doesn't come cheap, so you'll need to borrow money to stay in the game. With 2 to 6 players, the competition is fierce, and you'll need to carefully manage your finances to come out on top. As you bid for turn order, lay track, and move goods, keep an eye on your debt, because at the end of each turn, those dividends come due. If you can't pay, you'll lose some of your hard-earned cash. With a playtime of 90 minutes, Volldampf is a game of strategy and financial management that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Designed by Martin Wallace, this 2001 game is a classic train-themed game that's easy to learn, but challenging to master.
