Description

The History of the Roman Empire is a game of strategy and simulation that takes you on a journey through the rise and fall of the Roman Empire. Players take on the roles of Roman Factions and Barbarian Peoples, navigating the complexities of ancient politics and warfare. With a map that spans the Mediterranean and Asia Minor, you'll need to make tactical decisions about where to deploy your Roman Legions and Barbarian armies, and how to use your resources to build new cities and forts. As you play through the seven game turns, you'll encounter a range of challenges and opportunities, from the intrigue of Roman politics to the threat of powerful Barbarian hordes. With 42 Roman Emperors and 34 different Barbarian Peoples to contend with, each game is unique and full of surprises. Will you guide the Roman Empire to glory, or will it succumb to the pressures of internal conflict and external threats? The fate of the empire is in your hands.
