Description

Soviet Dawn is a thrilling solo board game that drops you into the midst of the Russian Civil War, from 1918 to 1921. As the defender of the revolution, you'll need to manage and resolve every crisis that the opposing "Whites" throw your way, all while navigating the complex web of military and political resources at your disposal. With several enemy fronts converging on Moscow, the fate of the revolution and international communism hangs in the balance. In this easy-to-learn but deeply strategic game, you'll draw upon a deck of "Headline" cards to guide your decisions, from reorganizing the Red Army to capturing the Imperial Gold Reserve. With each turn representing just a few weeks of real time, you'll need to think quickly and act decisively to defend the revolution and shape the course of history.
