Democracy under Siege is a card-driven strategy game that lets you explore the what-ifs of history, specifically the events leading up to World War II. In this game, you take on the role of one of three ideologies - Democracy, Nazism, or Communism - and navigate the geopolitical conflicts and political struggles of the time. With 2-3 players, each game turn represents a year, divided into rounds where you choose political actions and events to influence the outcome. As you play, you'll exploit historical events and political actions to achieve supremacy, using a combination of strategy cards, dice rolls, and resource management. The game simulates the ideological struggles, arms race, and diplomatic maneuvering of the time, with the goal of determining victory.
